Sophie is an author, speaker, coach and entrepreneur. She holds Masters in Business, Journalism and Psychology.

She is the single mom of an amazing 16 year old, Leah. And the wicked step-mom of a 22 year old, Sarah. They all live in Los Angeles. You can find them boxing, cooking, collaging, hosting brunches, laughing their head off or bickering over who is washing and who is drying the dishes.
