Pain is an integral part of the mind/body connection and serves many valuable purposes. However, it's most valuble purpose is the help us survive. Pain is our internal cop that tells us what we shouldn't be doing; it tells us when we've overdone it, and it teaches us to avoid danger. Pain is our internal barometer that lets us where we are physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yet, in some cases pain goes rouge, meaning that it makes turning off those pain messages more difficult. When this occurs, the result is chronic pain.
Join me for this one day class and learn how it's not the What hurts, but it's the WHY it hurts that turns pain into a chronic condition.
