I just returned from spending a week in Seattle where I had the great pleasure of training with James Van Praagh for a Master Mediumship class. James is such an incredible person, so down to earth (amazing feat when you think he's connecting to such high vibrations most of the day), kind, gentle, enormously funny and talented beyond belief. Working with James opened me in ways I hadn't thought possible, and helped me recognize just where the information I download daily comes from. It is so amazing to think that we all share the same ability to raise our own vibration, clearing the clutter and dead weight, to tune into signs, messages and images sent to us from those who have passed on. 

Bringing messages of forgiveness, love and support to those in grief is so incredible. The healing that takes place during these experiences is not limited to the individual sending the message or the person receiving it. 

For those who may doubt the validity of this seeming miracle, I can only say that after witnessing as well as participating myself in this process it is indeed a reality. We are all thought and thought doesn't vanish.
