I am fully aware that I constantly tell parents and caregivers to relax in a multitude of “simple” ways. I actually feel them thinking “yea right, I have no time.” Lately I have been extremely busy producing two events, A Day of Joy and A Musical Intervention and I have 28 hours of 1:1 therapy with three children/families plus I present workshops here and there… I am busy. I am busy with things I love. I have also found time to… Continue

My mind has been traveling all over the place today! So here we go another pondering of my mind...
When I was a child in middle school I remember talking to a teacher about the possibility of time travel. I remember feeling like I understood how it worked having something to do with time and space, but later forgot all about this conversation and that I even…

Change. Such an easy to word to say. But often such a hard thing to do. We are creatures of habit aren’t we. Well at least I am anyway. With all the hustle and bustle I love to create in my life- all the chaos, I love sameness. I especially love the traditions during the holidays.
It seems I’d rather suffer from the pinch in my back from the worn down stuffing in my old chair then get a new one. Why is that? Even the suffering becomes a comfort. Until one day it finally breaks down… Continue

Research is finding women that hold very high positions in business are struggling a little bit in their home life especially in the bedroom. Bedroom Coaching is focused on the here and now and the whole life balance of bedroom and home life.
What is funny is how the bedroom has become such a taboo topic. Yet we typically spend anywhere from 6-10 hours in our bedroom when we are home, thus it make sense to ensure your needs are met with your significant other or spouse?

As 2011 comes to a close many now find it is time to reflect and plan for 2012. Coaching is a proven strategic technique that drives success. However finding the right coach is not as easy as it sounds. I am blogging about this in part because I have had a few client share with me their coaching search stories and well many have spend money with little to no ROI by working with the wrong coach in the past.
Successful coaching relationships come down to just that—a good coaching… Continue

I have pieces of my childhood I remember as a snap shot in my minds eye. I was reflecting on this and these where moments when my Soul was reflecting on it's existence. I remember an amusement park, velcro blue sneakers, walking up a slanted path next to the bumper cars. Another minds eye snapshot of a forest of tree's split by a double lane highway, being observed by a Soul sitting in the back seat window of a red hatchback truck. There are many more snapshots in my mind of similar seeming… Continue

The Fear of Being Still - Part Three
"Man has nothing else to do but surrender — in deep trust, in deep love.
Don’t be a doer, just surrender. Let there be a let-go." - Osho

Children are incredibly insightful. My 3 year old little girl (Lena)was talking about her puppy (Fiva) that died two weeks ago. She was asking when Fiva was coming back? I told her Fiva isn't coming back. "Why Mommy". Fiva's body was broken so she can't come back, but her energy is still here. When you play with Crystal (Fiva's sister) do you think about Fiva, and when you play with Dottie (Fiva's mom) do you remember Fiva and how much you love her? "Yes mommy, so Fiva went back." Yes… Continue

In my waking state I have been doing a sort of perspective shift through meditation. As I go about my day I take my perspective or consciousness and place it into the food I'm preparing, my pets, my children.... and I try to see what the world looks like through their eyes. I use my dream consciousness to shift my perspective in waking life and know that I can see…

I had a meditation a few months back about the Sun and the center of the universe. From my meditative perspective. This is a recounting of my thoughts during the meditation. Think of our solar system (along with our earth) as the manifestation of our Sun. The earth being where the Sun manifests and experiences life through living matter. Bringing forth our chakra systems in a rainbow of color. Let me explain. In…
