- Measure food portions and package food choices individually.
- Weigh yourself daily and record the number on the daily weight chart.
- Stay connected with your coach. You’ll be thankful for the input.
- Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.

- Move your bowels at least two times a day.
- Exercise with a little physical walking. It doesn’t take much.
- Sunshine makes you smile. Get some everyday.
- Stick to the plan. No cheating or deviating.
- Be prepared at all times.
- Detox using a dry heat sauna if at all possible and get the toxins out.
