One of the most rewarding parts of the work that I do is reminding my clients, listeners and readers that they have the daily option to BE the master of their universe! How exciting is it to remember that you are the creative force behind all that you experience? You created your experience based on your choices, beliefs, your perspective and your point of view and now you can just as easily create again. You are the one only that holds the power to shift your reality. It's a true gift of empowerment to be acknowledged and received. Are you open to allowing this truth to expand your reality in ways that allow for success beyond your wildest imagination? Are you open to embodying this truth so that you can go beyond the limitations that kept you stuck in an unfulfilled life? Are you open and receptive to finally living the life of your dreams?

I'd like to offer you 3 SIMPLE KEYS to stepping into the role of "Master Creator" of your Universe!

1. Make choices today that align with your SOUL.

So, how do you know a choice aligns with your soul? Pay attention to your feelings. Does the choice feel light and easy or heavy and challenging? Remember that anytime a choice feels LIGHT, it is in alignment with your soul and your highest destiny. When a choice feels heavy, this is a red flag. Pay attention! Visualize a stop sign and choose again!

2. Evaluate Your Life: What is Serving YOU? What is NOT Serving YOU?

Take an honest look at your present reality. Examine the level of joy, fulfillment and ease in all areas of your life.

What relationships honor your brilliance and raise you higher?
What relationships drain your energy or deplete you of your natural radiance and vibrancy?

What patterns of behavior and communication are allowing for connection and success beyond measure?
What patterns of behavior and communication are keeping you stuck in limiting cycles of guilt, stagnation and frustration?

What thoughts and beliefs about yourself and your life open new doors of possibility that reflect your infinite nature?
What thoughts and beliefs about yourself and your life close doors of opportunity and keep you stuck in a finite box of limitation ?

Allow your answers to be the catalyst for releasing anything and everything that isn't honoring you or elevating your daily experience in ways that bring you greater love, joy and abundance! Will you give yourself this gift?

3. Nurture Yourself (BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT) Daily

Dedicate and devote time each day to the healing, expansion, and nourishing of YOU. Find ways to increase your energy and tap into your passion and enthusiasm for life!

Here are a few self- nurturing ideas to implement/integrate into your life:

Start a gratitude journal or take daily gratitude walks. This self appointed nourishing time offers you the opportunity to feel, honor, amplify and express your appreciation for the blessings already in your life. Remember, as you focus on what's working, you pave the way for MORE! Prepare for even greater blessings to flow!
Move your body! Take the time to stretch, walk, cycle or do anything that allows you to move the energy within your body. Stuck energy that is not allowed the opportunity to MOVE eventually manifests into physical pain, illness or even dis-ease. Any and all stress and anxiety from your day must be released to create space for something better! One of the simplest ways to do this is to MOVE!
Set aside "quiet" time to hear the callings of your soul that are attempting to guide you on your path. If you don't slow down long enough to LISTEN, how can you possibly receive the divinely inspired inspiration that is available to you in each moment? Commit to shifting from the non-stop "GO-GO-GO" mentality into a relaxed and nurturing "BE-BE-BE" way of experiencing your reality a little more each day. The internal AND external rewards will reveal themselves with grace and ease! Just pay attention and joyfully acknowledge their presence when they arise.

Give yourself the gift of awareness today. Use your awareness to focus on these powerful inner tools for transformation that are always available to you. As you access more and more of your innate, authentic power, you step into the role of MASTER CREATOR OF YOUR UNIVERSE! This is your birthright. This is a free-will universe that allows you to express your infinite potential in whatever ways you choose.
