GLUTEN FREE CREAM SAUCE
2 TBSP BUTTER
2 SPRING ONIONS,FINELY CHOPPED
2 TBSP WHITE WINE
1 1/2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM
Heat the butter in small pan,add the spring onion and cook 3-5 minutes. Add the wine and cream and simmer until reduced. Season, to taste.(salt & pepper)
