HCG and Coaching – Why You Need One!

...turning over a new leaf and transforming a new life could be so tough. What I have learned is that it can only take place if you are educated. To continue doing and moving in the direction that you have been in the past is only going to lead you to more of the same going into the future.

This is where a coach can be invaluable. It goes along with my motto and #1 rule … “Be Prepared”! Having a coach that is educated and understands the system first hand from having gone through the experience, can make all the difference between success and failure.

You need to set yourself up to WIN and that is exactly what a coach offers! They don’t like failure. I’ve often said that my best and favorite clients came from Caroline Sutherland. People are addicted to things like sugar (#1) and wheat and dairy products and many don’t even realize it. Then there is also the emotional component to eating too. That can be harder to change than the food addictions and many food addictions are really mental and emotional issues in disguise.
