Jupiter the planet associated with sugar and spice and all things nice spends around 12 months in each sign and is due to change sign from Taurus to Gemini on the 11th of June.  It will reside in Gemini until 25th June, 2013 so there is plenty of time to reap its benefits.

Gemini, the sign of the twins (who often finish each other’s sentences) is associated with the gathering and sharing of information and all forms of communication.  So we can expect to see a greater emphasis on new information and ideas, new ways to communicate and more opportunities for connecting with other people.

Gemini is ruled by Mercury, also known as Hermes to the Greeks.   According to the myth of Hermes, the messenger of the gods, as a precocious infant he was so facile he bored easily and creating mischief he stole cattle from Apollo, disguised their tracks and then denied stealing them.  He was eventually allowed to keep them in exchange for his beautiful hand-made lyre.  Hermes shows that information may not always be what it seems and that there are two sides to every tale. 

This reminds us that it is important to have good intentions and practice discernment with what we read and hear.  

Jupiter is the planet that shows how we expand and grow.  This can be through travelling to new places and experiencing a different culture.  Or through continued education, learning and reading.  It is also known as the planet of good luck and opportunity.  This is because with Jupiter you look at the world as a source of adventure and possibility and there is a sense of optimism and faith in the universe.  This positive attitude draws beneficient experiences to you.

The Law of Attraction governs the quality of ideas and information we will attract according to our level of vibration.  The more control we exercise over our thoughts, words and emotions the higher the signal we emit and the more quality experiences we will attract and the better our life will be.  This law also ensures we grow in character by drawing to us those experiences our soul deems we need as it perceives weaknesses within us as voids to be filled.  Once mastered our vibration is increased. 

We are constantly bombarded with negative news and this pollutes and infiltrates our mind and lowers our vibration by making us feel the world is a depressing place.  As our mind is our key to the 5th dimension it deserves greater respect than that.  By choosing to focus only on information of a higher frequency we have more control over how we feel and what experiences we attract.

Where we personally will be benefitting from Jupiter in Gemini depends on which astrological house it is passing through.  You can intuit this for yourself by observing where you have been focussing more on writing, corresponding, connecting and learning.  This is where you can expect greater opportunities.  Maybe you have been preparing teach.  Or thinking about taking a course.  Or writing a book.  Now is the time to go for it.  Jupiter has to be worked so start setting some things in motion, the more the better.  You have twelve months to reap the benefits.

Jupiter is also related to our senses and we should remember that we have an additional 6th sense.  By stretching our intuitive muscles we can access greater information through our Higher selves.  In Atlantean times they benefitted from free energy for heating and lighting.  This was supplied through the electro-magnetic grid which was maintained through crystal energy.  This network of light which is similar to the internet, is currently being re-constructed to support our evolutionary growth and will facilitate connection to higher wisdom, assist with our spiritual development, and improve our manifestation powers.
